Technical information about this website’s accessibility
Pathways to HE is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard due to the non-compliances and exemptions listed below.

Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

Disproportionate burden
We are aware videos published on the site after 23rd September 2020 are missing audio description. We’ve assessed the cost of adding audio description and believe that doing so now would be a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the accessibility regulations. We will endeavour to ensure all future videos published to the site meet accessibility regulations.

Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations
We do not plan to add audio description to videos published on the site before 23rd September 2020 because this is exempt from meeting the accessibility regulations.
